Bonse vs Ingerdom
The main goal for bonse was to make people want to modularize their applications and break off bits and pieces that other people might find useful. i maintain an enormous collection of examples using components that i've written, but also of the other people have written. There are just things in c s s that you can do that you couldn't do with inlind styles - like changing the appearance of an item based on whether or not it's being hovered over. I'm not aware of any new serious projects that aren't using ingerdom now.
