The Power of Resilience in Crisis Management
The resilience of the company in large part comes down to the sense of purpose that employees have. The human middleware saved Merck with the IT system collapsed. It was those people taking those temperatures down four in the morning on Christmas morning, who saved those vaccines that needed to be given to children. That gets to me it's, you know, I sometimes laugh at the fact that before the cyber incident we had too much human middleware.
