I just think it's endlessly fascinating. With reference to you. And i suppose the word's hovering over my mind at the moment is negotiation. I don't want to get too much off topic here, but i just wonder if that encompasses some kind of negotiation,. It incorporates the linguistic skills of the coach to be able to accommodate player fee back and players taking risk. But this also has to make logical sense. This has to apply to the logic of the game - let's negotiate. Let's look at this.
