Is There Any Probability That He'll Surprise the Markets?

Do you think there's any possibility that he might actually do away with it completely in April and just surprise everybody? That's a possibility. The more likely scenario would seem that he tries to hold the fort for a while, at least while he possibly commissioned the review or takes measures to try and improve the way the market is working. Whatever he does in a lot of ways is going to surprise because if he does essentially nothing, that's the best making.
