The Fifth Design Principle
The last principle that I always try to do whenever I design something new is the call the kind of five second test. You can put it into people's hands for five seconds and then you take it away and you like the user describe what they've just seen which is so exciting because you will learn so much about it. So powerful this is you know you're basically telling the user something that they would expect anyways but for some reason it's so powerful to get that positive feedback from the app that what you're trying to do really has worked.
