Oprah bought a 10% stake in Weight Watchers about two years ago. She's reduced her stake, but she is still on the board as of now. The company has gone through all kinds of iterations over the years. It was owned at one point by the catch-up making company Heinz. And like pharma, we have loved to villainize drug companies pre-COVID.
