Inhospical cardiac arrest is really not the same as out of hospital cardiac arrest. There are numerous differences in terms of common etiologies, response timeliness and expertise. I think that in three to five years, we'll be seeing more specific recommendations in the guidelines for inhospical cardiac Arrest.
