What Is an Open Dime?
An open dime is essentially a physical bika, right? Traditionally, back in to day, the only way to give somebody bicon without, i'm having a wallet, was to print a paper wallet. So you unseal it, and then you can spend the coins that are in or youl pass it along to the next personante inperson rit. It's like physical biqoin. We could have done with softer, but it wouldn't be a satisfying and the very original one.
