The Duke of Windsor's Case in the Bahamas
The case has been taken over by two detectives from Miami, Captain's Melchon and Barker. Ray gets the impression the Bahamian cops aren't too happy about having the case taken off them. Despite the fact that he's a reluctant governor, the Duke of Windsor is a powerful man on the island. Winston Churchill himself was among those who pushed for Edward to be sent across the Atlantic to get him away from the Nazis in Europe.
