The Origins of the Great Scientists
The great scientists are generally it's hard to speak in absolutes but are generally tankerers. They're broad multi-disciplinary thinkers. They like to play with things. They have a sense of awe and wonder at the natural world. It really helps to be surrounded by other bright people at kind of the right age either in a university or a peer setting. I don't know if there's a single simple formula to it but sure it's worth teasing apart.
