How to Deliver Hard Messages Effectively
When you're delivering a hard message, it's really just the act of saying the words and being present in that conversation. We are controlled by our emotions because the same is true for our emotions. The second piece is focusing on things outside of our control. And then the last one is how we see the outside world without having our own biases impact that.
