The Computer Just Makes a Transaction Easier

People buy from people, they don't buy from a computer, you know? The computer's just something that makes a transaction easy. It's still one human looking at another human in an eye when we do the delivery or when we're on a phone and making that transaction. But there still has to be time and friction from that fridge going from our warehouse and getting into your house. And we just see that as a chance to build a relationship with a customer rather than how quick can I get in and out of this customer's house and get on to the next delivery.
