Sunroom's Fee Structure
Sunroom charges a flat fee of 65% of first-month rent. That's really the only fee you're ever going to have with Sunroom. After that trial period is done, we'll ask for a larger commitment,. Maybe a large percent of your portfolio, like 70%, 75%. Whatever you feel comfortable with. And it would be about 65% to 75% of first month rent, depending on what market you're in.
