Russell Ramsey is a licensed psychologist and associate professor of clinical psychology in psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania. He coined the term procrastivity, which means an individual makes a good faith plan to engage in a priority task but when it comes time to perform the task, they engage in a lower priority, but still productive task. The book again is rethinking adult ADHD; he's amazing.
