Inflation vs Fiscal Stimulus

The Fed kept rates at 0% from 2009 to 2015 and we got no inflation. We were saying like why wouldn't Congress just do this every time Yes Now it's probably never gonna happen again or not for a while. I think that will be interesting though If we do get a recession and people are starting feeling it and people start losing jobs. They kind of say where's my 1200? I'll check this time you did it last time. That mentality is going to be interesting to see how the politicians react.
