How Do I Handle My Email?

i use a service called same box that does some email filtering for me. Some of the news letters that i receive can actually just be put into a folder, so it's not filling up my in box. So when i come to my emalim box, the stuff that i didn't want to see has been archived because i ar ved it when the notification came in. I think that that is a very typical system for most people in any type of corporate job,. But i don't necessarily think that they are the best thing for people's mental health t always be in the email.
