Companies that were committed to building inclusive cultures pre-2020, probably still are committed to that. Companies that just did kind of loud, splashy things in 2020 because they felt that they had to or they felt maybe pressured into doing it. I think those are the companies where the moment that that pressure isn't there or the moment that they have stronger competing pressures, which is you have to obviously survive as a business,. The things that were never a priority sort of following. It's much more equal, lower down, absolutely.
