CNN's Joan Biscupic, NPR's Nina Totenberg and Slate's Dahlia Lithwick weigh in. Lord Jarrett: Is the court dysfunctional or just at odds? John Roberts' problem is that he doesn't have a team with him to deal with ethics issues like Roe v. Wade. The three centrist justices on the court are doing their own thing separate from each other, they say. They think there will be some kind of compromise but it won't happen soon.
