The Government of Canada's Response to the Pandemic

The actual proclamation declaring a public order emergency was issued on February 14th and then the revocation of that order came a couple of weeks later. This link will be in the show notes for today's episode at Corbett report dot com slash freedom convoy but let's just take a look at the actual declaration so this is from the Canada Gazette it was registered on February 15th  and we do specify the emergency as constituted. We also go through the orders and regulations that were put out as as part of this act for example the emergency measures regulations and the emergency economic measures order all of these are interesting and important documents if you are interested in the legal wrangling and doings of the government.
