Is There a Role for Inotropes in Pneumonia?

Brandon: I think my go-to would be at the very least starting with an aline. In these really sick, complicated patients with PAH and CTEP where they're going down the tubes, my sense would be extremely helpful to have a PA catheter. And in someone where we're titrating vasopressors, inotropes, you really want up to date, bedside data right then and there.
