The Murder of Vicki Arnold and Julie Ann Lay

The bodies of Vicki Arnold and Julie Ann Lay were found in a Nissan Patrol 4-wheel drive at Cherry Tree Creek, 13km south of Atherton. The car was parked facing the nearby highway, which set about 800m to the east. It looked as though whoever had been driving had run off the track and into the bush before coming to a stop on another tree that had already been felled.
