Elon Musk was one of the people that made this happen in the first place, right? So he tweeted that he donated a hundred million dollars to open AI Which at the time was a non-profit research entity Exploring AI ethics and AI alignment. We are today This has its own huge commercial Uh, sort of like for-profit entity that has now overtaken A lot of the research efforts obviously they're commingled and and there's a lot of back and forth but He clearly seems to be against this And i'm sure behind the scenes that he's like one of the guys who is not for what sam and open AI are up to I think it's moving too fast It
