When you're bringing people together, you need to tell them before they even get in the room. I don't know how many meetings I'm in where part way through the meeting, people are now because everybody texts during meetings. So being very deliberate is very much appreciated. And having a conversation for awareness is fantastic. But setting people up for a decision and bringing everybody along really matters.
