i love how these sort of stress reducing activities, or even just awareness, can apply to and both sexes as well. And i would just throw meditation in there for a second. There is so much solid research really showing that if you have a serious, like a consistent meditation practice, where even it could just be twelve minutes ocirtancaria,. Like a cundalun cudaline yoga, pase, meditation. Wery do you do me? Do you practise meditation? I bet you do. It's something that we all need to learn to do. Just not looking at the news for three hours won't kill you, probablyw help you out at this point....
