The Importance of Dual Career Letters for Product Managers
I'm a big fan of like dual career letters for PMs lately. My opinion on this has changed you know five seven years ago I absolutely felt like you should have single track within the product organization. You need to be really clear about how people grow in terms of breadth and then it might be the case that you also have areas where people need to grow in depth. So my strong feeling and I still am biased towards this is I feel like the most important thing for a product organization to get right is to think about what is your career ladder.
