What's Happening When the Wings Are Plunged Upward?

Air going on top has lower pressure relative to the pressure of the air on bottom. The faster you move, the bigger the pressure difference is between them. When pilots up the flaps on the tail wings, they create extra pressure that pushes the tail down and pivoting the nose upwards.
