Is There a Middle Ground Between Yes and No?

You either are inresting or you not be missed. And so you need, you can't get wedded to your answer. But the best decisions have happened when you're able to change a yes into a no at the right point. So that's something we religiously practise, which each of us is strong views, but weakly held. We know what's going to change our answer, and we actually put down that this will, this is what will change the answer. Then the work we do is to figure out if that answer should change or should not change. Now, all this, i think, is sort of subtuned to the kind of people that we bat we have
