The Inefficient Market of the OTC Stocks
The OTC is different from the listed exchange or the New York Staggy's Change slash NASDAQ. It's not an instantaneous electronic market in the sense that you can just hit a button and get out of your entire position quickly. A lot, what would happen was that some quotes would not be honored, especially during e-liquid rushes or bottlenecks. So it made for a very inefficient market, kind of a weird little hybrid market.
