The Reappears of a Democratic Centralism in Party History
Democratic centralism is the organizational principle of the chinese communist party, and defined as such in its constitution. It's an idea that within a lenonist party, discussions, an open debate and even free flowing dispute would be allowed until the central committee comes to a determination on what the policy direction ought to be. And then all members of the party are absolutely required to implement that line, whether or not they agree with it. But th there's a huge amount in the resolution about corruption.
