Introverted Leaders Deliver Better Results Than Extraverts
i think the bias in our culture against introversion is so deep and it's so profound. We internalize it from such an early age we don't even realize that we're doing it. The vast majority of teachers believe that the ideal student is an extravert, even though verted kids get better grades. And same thing is true at the work place, in inner work places.
