We love places where land is constrained and we really understand it so we'll probably look for somewhere like that yeah. We know retail so well I mean people looks at it but I live it and we know that when a certain type of copy shop opens up on a certain block a half a block off the main area that we know something's going to happen and you know we're able to buy it that time. These are companies with huge groups of teams of analysts and million dollar budgets to figure out where the best place to put it is they did the homework just you just got to go forward, says Lou Lemon.
