Our brain is a muscle, and there are so many pathways in there and things that we work out. The more aware we become of our thoughts, the more control we have over them. If i've got a, i don't do archery, if you've got one, that's so many pounds. If i haven't worked out ionly n hov, the strength to pull the sucker back. And maybe that's why i thought about the arrow. It also part of that is, how much muscle do i have? How much strength and power have i been working out?
