How to Recognize Patterns in Your Company
pattern recognition, the first thing that you know, experience, it's a super power of experience. A particular form of pattern recognition is knowing what good looks like for some domain or some attribute of your company. The second thing experience people can do an advantage advantage of experience is that you accumulate playbooks. And then if you don't have anyone there who has seen doing that thing really well, you might be in trouble because you know if you're doing it.
