I think what I trip up on is I can explain the value, but it doesn't sound as concrete as I know it can be. So when I fill in their blanks, it's definitely more difficult because I'm not the one who's writing. Someone or some organ ization is at point A, they want to get to point B and your work,. They hire you your content, your whatever you do is the bridge.
