SVB: I am wondering if there is an opportunity for Canada's banking sector in light of what we are seeing in California today. Anytime there is a downturn in the economy and you have more prudently managed organizations while the sun is going to rise on them, their depositors will be less inclined to get nervous. Can we actually learn from your risk management practices can we learn from Canadian regulation? The CIBC innovation banking is sort of the Canadian version of that down in the United States.
