Learn How to Breathe Casually in the Face of Stress

In BJJ, it's a lot about like, learn how to breathe. Don't gas yourself. So people's breathing goes into this panic mode when they're stressed because they're late for work. And if you can breathe as if you're in heaven, you could be in hell and you could maintain that like the Buddha or a Bodhisattva. But there's something about the breath that I think a lot of people skip over. They try and go to some intellectual resolution to their problems when really it lies in your breath or your diet. We can deal with so much and you can learn so much from what feels like hell by just breathing and relaxing a little bit.
