Leaning Into Your Fears
Numer four, lean into your fears until the fears disappear. This might seem simple to think about, but the reas for it goes a lot deeper. So much of our fears and sources of anxiety stem from one main thing, not taking action. Think about how many times you've been afraid of something before doing it? Almost never. You don't have the time to be scared, because you're too busy actually doing the thing. And this ritual has given me so much more peace, and it helps really calm the negative thoughts that have been swirling in my mind from the day. It's all thanks to having a game plan for how i'm going to stay grounded no matter what
