Esperanto

Esperanto is basically just a mishmash of European languages with its own created grammar on top of that. So, you could think of it as zonal in sort of the method of creating it, but its aspiration was universal. And typically, what it's trying to do is a regional rather than universal. Yes. But I think for most of what we're talking about here is the aspiration matters a lot.
