Do You Know if You're Taking Salt?

Do not avoid sodium. No salt your foods. Have it in your spor drink, because it can help to the palatability of the spor strink. A few individuals who may have something physological going on where they do actually produce a lot of salt when they sweat. But for the majority, probably not 90 % o people, i think it's probably not something that you really need to be too concerned about. Wut, thats a great ans for mate.
