i was a player coach until i hired my back pill, which i think is incredibly hard to play both sides of that coin in general. I feel like you never really are ready till you try it and see how it fits. In leadership, rules for communication, ye no, ta t that's alsim su. It isn't your job to be nice. It'syour job to be real. That open discussion in either way is always the base line. And i'm sure radical candour, as a book, has been mentioned a million times,. But it really is an incredibly important framework to learn and a lesson to learn early on.
