Introduction

I've been noticing that your body V is really in shape. Do you guys watch physical 100? No. I don't know anything about the show, but do you think just knowing me, I could compete in that show? I'm just thinking the title. You could compete. Russ could compete for sure. Is there a mental aspect to it or is it just fish? It's basically nine episodes of 100 strong people complimenting each other. Which I enjoy and would love if we could try to maybe bring a little bit more of that energy to our show.
