Rishi Sunak's Support for the Motorists in the Election

Rishi Sunak is now backing the motorists in a perceived war on the motorists that some green campaigners according to members of the Tory party are now running. I'm confused as to who Rishi Sunak thinks he's talking to you talks about the motorists well I'm a motorist you're a motorist most of the people from this country at least whether they whatever their views on the environment are at one point or another Motorists aren't a self-contained species whose vote we're seeking to secure and attract it feels to me that RishiSunak is speaking to a very very small group a rump within the noisy rump will be it and a powerful one but within the
