A lot of people who first started wearing heart monitors, I would say to them wear it all day long and pay attention to what your heart rate does. The other good one is when you stand on the start line of a race and look at the difference between your normal resting heart rate and what the mindset can do too. Once we recognize stress, we usually can adapt to it better. All about becoming more aware of the signals of the body, right? It truly is.
