There's something about be sedentary that makes it more difficult to be that version of ourselves that thrives in community. It allows you to experience that quor human joy of interdependence. I don't want to shame any one who doesn't exercise, or feels like they can't for physical or mental health reasons. To whatever degree you can move your body, it makes you a different version of yourself. That its not even just good for other people.
