In Mexico City you could only drive four out of the five days of the week. For our older listeners it's going to remind them of gas rationing back in the Carter era. But more often than not people did what I clearly would have done myself. Because here's the reality of my life. I have to be certain places at certain times and no whim of any politician will ever change that.
