The Municipal Cooperation of Delhi

A lot of the public services provided are jointly done by the state government and the municipal body. MCDs also have their own hospitals, MCDs have their own dispensaries. Public infrastructure is something which also comes under the state government. When residents vote on the 4th of December, it's going to feel a lot more like a state election than a civic body election.
