Hagrid and Harry in Diagon Alley

Hagrid and Harry go to Diagon Alley, like just a few days after Dudley's birthday. Hagrid doesn't know what happened, but a lot of what he says is really spot on in that moment. Somehow I feel like Dumbledore was not like where is Hagrid with that stone. Also, the timeline in the movie is really is really shortened.
