The Psychopaths' Response to the Ukraine's Coup

The US is close to approving long range missile system for Ukraine that could shift the tide of the fight against Russian invaders. The theory is they will cause a group of, you know, the military in Russia to revolt against Putin and get rid of him. So I don't see how this helps. If you don't have boots on the ground that can command the field, long range missiles are not going to help.
