The Future of AI Education

Raytheon is encouraging AI education within the organization. They're trying to build fluency in a very deliberate way, which for me is extremely promising. I think more companies that aren't quite Raytheon-sized, eventually they're going to need to encourage people to level up. We have started seeing some benefit. Now these people who are coming as NSME's are going into different products. In the data they are collecting, how can we use to predict things better? For example, one of the projects I was working on, much more unclassified, they are trying to understand how our aircrafts which are deployed in Qatar could be saved by using machine learning.
