The Importance of Population Growth

There is a point at which you say well okay that you know this argument that will fall. How do you develop? It's a bit of growth. But again like you know leaving aside the issues of growth, but it does to the planet. So I wouldn't want to see a rate of migration exceeding 1% of the destination population. And we are back on that bloody issue again. Even without climate change there is still war, there is still oppressive regimes,. There is still that number from the UNHCR. The question is how much do we maintain humanity when we start putting controls on that? Well do we just let them die?
